
Jessica has been practicing yoga since 2012 and began teaching in 2023 after completing a 200-hour certification at Parallel 45 in Vancouver, Washington. She teaches Vinyasa classes that are grounding and balanced, with a focus on full-range movement, breath, self-awareness and growth.
Jessica currently leads three classes a week at Tailored Fitness Studio in Ridgefield, where she holds a welcoming space for students of all levels. Her teaching style is warm, intuitive, and inclusive—guided by the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for connecting to your highest self and cultivating balance, strength, and alignment.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, you are invited to move with intention, breathe with purpose, and come just as you are.
